Hi Alice, I've just updated the further readings with links, you'll have to have an archive.org account to digitally 'borrow' the books for an hour. If it says borrowing is unavailable, it just means someone else has borrowed it for the hour. The Peter Bicknell and Jane Munro article is a little difficult to find since it's an entry as part of an exhibition catalogue. Hope that helps!
